Luoyang JingDu Optoelectronic Technology, LTD is a supplier of semiconductor silicon materials to the semiconductor industry.Primary products of the company are silicon wafers, including as-cut wafers, lapped wafers, polished wafers, epitaxial wafers, and monocrystalline silicon rods of various diameters, including CZ, FZ and NTD silicon rods, and polysilicon used for FZ & CZ. Semiconductor silicon materials, including wafers, are the fundamental building block on which nearly all microelectronic devices are made. These devices make possible the Internet and electronic commerce, computers, consumer electronics, automobiles, telecommunications, industrial automation and control systems, and analytical and defense systems.

Luoyang JingDu Optoelectronic Technology, LTD was founded and began operations in 2002, its headquarters is located in Jianxi District of Luoyang, Henan Province. The organization of the company includes Company Office, R&D Department, Finance Department, Production Department, QA Department, HR Department, Sales Department and Supply Department. Now among the employees of the company there are 3 senior engineers, 6 engineers and a lot of technical workers with professional knowledge and operation skills.

Optical silicon lenses are also available in the company. Other products of the company include: semiconductor devices, optoelectronic devices, solid-state lasers, diamond tools and raphite appliances.

The company has now established cooperative relations with customers from Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Shanxi, Shansi, Gansu, Liaoning, Sichuan, Anhui, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, etc. Experimental materials of various kinds have been provided to tens of universities of the country.
